Bumblebees Are Out - PMV cover

I'm making a PMV to the song "Bumblebees Are Out" by Jack Stauber.
The pictures will be done on oekaki, but the finished thing will be posted on scratch.
edit: turns out I'm having difficulty with the image sizes, since resizing ruins the effects,
and I don't have a youtube or anything..
It will focus on my OC, Yukio, and his backstory.
The color palette is based off of old gameboy games, specifically Pokemon Red/Blue.
(The red will show up later)

did you know? the names for rain and snow clouds is
'cumulonimbus' or 'nimbostratus', depending on the structure!
