title is pretty self-explanatory! color the palette and i'll give you a pup design based off of it!
this is mostly just something for me to do when i wanna design characters but im too lazy to draw until school starts back up... ill try to do everybody's but ill do them in the order of my own interest and motivation
you may not submit another palette before your current one is finished! i will check this
feel free to give me little ideas for themes, accessories, etc. if you want ! you also definitely don't have to use all the hearts in the palette!
you can trade, gift, edit, revamp, change the species of, and do p much anything with the design as long as im credited for the original design! the one thing you may not do is sell the design since these are free
marks and bumps are not necessary, but they are appreciated!
