Hey! I thought I'd try this sort of thing out since I love designing OCs-
Pretty much a simple concept-
You give me a color palette and I'll (possibly) make you an OC with it
The OC is yours to use how you like afterward
- RULES -
Credit me for the design when asked who designed it
Only one palette preferably
Don't whine if I don't do you
Don't touch the line art layer
- NOTE -
I'm only doing cats
You have to add me to be able to get the OC
I will not do any revisions to the design myself
I can add wings or horns if you like
BUMPs would be nice!
