here's a space boye! or not; the gender's not set in stone
their freckles, feet (they just wear fluffy socks), fingers, eyes, and the light side of their hair all glow lightly, and the patterns on their sweater shift around and swirl sometimes!! the planets holding the golden cords/halos move around to drape around them as jewelry-like headpieces, necklaces, waistbands, etc.
they uhh like making stars and little universes and stuff?? they like to grow tiny universes and planets in cute jars and pots like people grow and care for plants... you can keep that idea or not! up to you
they could potentially be just a human or an alien or celestial spirit! that's also up to you
