Thane's a powerful presence in any room he enters, always managing to draw eyes when he first makes his entrance. This big guy's polite, with open scorn for rudeness, and while he's quite friendly there's always an undercurrent of strength in his tone. Like he may be playing nice for now but there's that sharpness that hints at a constant state of judgement. The only ones that have ever seen his softer side are Avalon and the kids.

I really wanna draw him and Avalon now XD

just thought of something stupid, but...could Thane and the boy be related, like uncle and nephew or something? Thane is a Bernese, boy is a mix (and was adopted by Avalon)
