Character Designing tips

Species and Name

The species. Sometimes this can be pretty hard. I only have one dog character at the moment Well anyway! Dog and cat characters are always used. Go for something exotic! Peacocks, Pigs, Turtles, Fish, Your own species, All of those work! Sometimes hybrids work like: Fish-cat or cactus giraffe. Now the name. Names are really hard for most people. Don't do something like: Extocomacik or Magecamoi. Go for something simple like: Maggie or Tom. If your character is a Fish-cat maybe name it Bubbles or guppy!
