so far these lines and patterns look great, you did well with the hair's and stripes :3
however the colors [personally] look a bit on the yucky side. id make them brighter, change up the shades on them. especially the greenish yellows. green is one of the more difficult colors to work with so if you have trouble you can try consoling a color wheel or a premade palette off a place like design seeds.
