Well I colored this amazing lineart. This is Aldomora my she-dragon character. Also she is crying and her eyes are actually a dark amber/brown. I didn't draw the dragon or background. But I did add the rain, lake, I darkened up the sky to look like it's storming,add color to the dragon, and i also darkened and blended the land to look ''hazy'' in the rain.

P.S. I know the rain is badly drawn but this is the first time I've drawn rain!

Try to make the rain more of straight lines, and maybe try a reflection of the dark sky in the lake. So far its awesome ^-^
