How often are you online ;; very often during school breaks/holidays, at least once every two-three days during the school year
What artist position will you like to take should you become a permanent staff member ;; both! i feel like working as a nursery artist would be super fun, and i've been apart of several species where breedings were /impossible/ to come by. like, 5 seconds between opening and closing time. i don't want that to happen to buttermilks!
How often will you be able to make Buttermilks ;; every time i'm online, but probably 3 adopts a week, as well as a few breedings during that timeframe

Do you have past experience ;; yes, but mostly as a community member rather than staff c: this gives me a unique perspective, i think!

What are some of your strengths and weaknesses ;; i am very comfortable with natural designs that have a few unnatural elements, like strange patterns/etc. i've never tried working with extreme mutations (wings, etc.) so i'm not sure how well i would fare with those, but i'm willing to try everything at least once!
What is a situation where you would be biased ;; honestly i'm very unbiased when it comes to adopts, i'm not likely to give adopts to my friends if their form didn't show as much effort as someone i'm unfamiliar with. i don't have any problems judging, and would probably only feel biased if someone who i didn't like tried out for an adopt. but i've never met anyone i don't like in the buttermilk community!
