The color must be lock-alpha-ble.
Make at least a nose ref, a palette, and a eye ref.
The background must be the underwater one.
There's only one place, but 2 prizes for the first place.
And a artist spot just for you c:
You can do any animal in the sea, a seal, a fish, or even a sea cat!
