WIP Wiaterby

Information:
1 - The water splotch is a must.
2 - The little green squid in Wiaterby's tail is called Leafy, and it is Wiaterby's friend. It may be removed or not.
3 - If Wiaterby touches in something hot, her paws may end up with an blue lined texture.
4 - Wiaterby haves an "b", not an "l", but her name is pronounced "Wiaterlie".
5 - Her magic Chibi Wing doesn't makes her fly; it's just an "power storage" and decoration. She stores power there, but it doesn't hurts anyone; its only function is to heal Wiaterby herself.
