Welp, here's my second entry. No edits, common collar. Here's a galaxy design-- with a purple-pink pallete. I think I actually overdid it on this one, but I still really like it, heh ;; and hooray for remembering the eye whites, amirite?

The stripes are meant to look starry... Ah... An attempt was made.

I like the color palette, especially in the eyes and the charm. That was a lovely touch. However, I'm going to have to agree with you that I think you overdid it a little bit ^^'
I'm not particularly sold on the cheek markings, and I'm shaky on the white / light pinks but. I do like the colors you chose, I just think the placement needs some reworking ^^
