I can't line this species idea right now, so I decided to host one of these.
It will be a semi-open species, but ones with exotic and/or crazy edits will need to be won, earned, or purchased. There will be a choice to make your own, a semi-custom gacha, and adoptables under the main thread.


The Prizes
first place:

Pet's name: 2016 rerelease Null PPS
• an exotic myo slot
• an optional staff position
• and of course, your entry becomes the official lineart for the species!

second place:
• an exotic myo slot
• an optional staff position

third place:
• a rare myo slot
• a wishlist pet gift

I might also choose to award runner-ups and offer more staff positions.

The Species
They are basically mountain-dwelling creatures with a stocky feline body and a more equine head. They have "gems" on their faces, chests, ankles, and on the bases of their tails. These gems store magic and energy, and are nearly impossible to break.

• babies have velvety studs instead of gems and are fluffier

The Requirements
• gem, paw face and mouth refs added as shown
• add me to the drawing so I can check and test the layers
• clearly labeled layers
• lock-alpha friendly
• add your signature on a separate layer

boosters:
• baby lines (with earlier mentioned refs) are a huge booster. Only one baby is necessary if you choose to make nursery lines.
• palette box
• Different variations for tails/ears/gem shapes
• separately layerd horns and tusks
