custom for Nikolina

this little guy was super fun to make! it's been a long time since i've done a merle design, so that was quite fun to figure out how to do
as soon as i saw "merle" i immediately thought "border collie", so that's where the edits came from. the design specifically was based on a blue merle tricolor.
clouds sometimes gather around their tail. how/why this happens, where they come from, and what they can do is up to you ^^
