Do you have past experience ;; Do to being COPPA only a little while back I was never really in a community as anything besides a member. Thought I'm trying to work on that now that I can get to know more people and such.
Some of your favorite past designs ;; One ; During my Brindle Addiction.-Two ; My Homosexual Dog Couple-Three ; My first OC on the site.
What would you contribute to the staff team ;; I'm a nice person who is pretty spunky. I would love to help people in staff if they ever needed it and I can do some nice designs. I'm working on it and getting pretty good with it. I'm also trying to learn Genotypes, yet it's pretty tricky thought I'm working on it. I like to help people tak away from their work, when there is a lot.
What are some of your strengths and weaknesses ;; My Strengths are pretty hard to think of for me, still I have a few. I like to challenge myself trying to do new things everyday. I know how to do some designs really well, while others I would need just a little while to work on them. I'm a known as a really happen person and I have a hip happy personality. Now a few of my weaknesses. I do have issues with getting stressed out easy, yet I'm just normally really stressed out for more reasons, yet do to somethings I won't be about to do things because it just gets to you. I'm also really bad with Merles. I do think it's do to the fact of the way you have to do them, it's just harder for me to do thank most. I'm currently working on messing with tickings, yet most are currently not easy for me to do, yet working on it. I most of the time need help thinking of coat ideas, yet I normal go look them up, yet I might need some help with them.
What is a situation where you would be biased ;; Judging, normally with very few people is hard for me. Or when there are people that I know well in the comp. Those are a few things I would need help with really.
Any additional information / other ;; I can't do Phenotypes very well and I unfortunately can't do Genetics at all. I'm working on learning both and I would be open to help! If you have any questions feel free to PM me here or DM me on Discord!!

I really like your application and designs, so honestly I don't have too much to comment- I think my requests/tips for you would be to do more designs that you're comfortable with so the staff can see your normal range of work, since I'd assume you wouldn't be doing merles that often c'x
my tip for you would be to just experiment with the tools on oekaki a little bit more- change around the settings on things, surprisingly the watercolor brush does some crazy stuff when you're changing things like blending or opacity. I actually disliked the watercolor brush for quite some time until I decided to just try it out with weird settings, so that would be my tip ^^
otherwise I like what you have, and if you're easily stressed out we could talk about a ghost artist position- that way you don't have the design a week limit and you can still design as much you want, but not be upheld to the same standard and kind of be more doing your own thing and not worrying about that ^^
I'll definitely keep an eye out and would love to see more designs that you're comfortable with so we can gauge your abilities better, if you ever need help we're here to lend a hand be it giving suggestions on designs or checking them for you for accuracy on the coat or colors~ otherwise well done on the merle and I hope to see more from you! :" >

Thanks Fam! As you can see I'm trash.

I did three more designs and doing another simple one tomorrow. I also have remembered how much I hate circles and ovals. Thought I also remembered how much I love the airbrush tool. So much fun when doing sables, still it looks better without Shading, I don't why it just does. Thought thanks for the advice. I will take it into account. Also might try doing a brindle at some point, thought from the phone it might not look to good, so just be prepared for some more entries.

Turns out I did three entries today. Oops. I'm done for a while thought. My right hand doesn't pop anymore so it starts to hurt really fast. I think they all look good, well besides my merle, which is trash.
