So, a few years back I held this contest, and I honestly am looking for a new character again now, and I stumbled on the original post I made, and decided, why not do a contest again?

Now, first things first; the last contest got alot of female characters. While this is great, I can't write nor draw female characters, unless theyre very boyish or childlike. I mostly prefer male characters.

Now, if you want to use your own lines instead of these ones, then please do! I'll count those as entries!

Also, I am aware the lineart is for a chibi. If your entry is supposed to have a certain body type, please leave note of it in the post! I love different body types! I also love race diversity!

Things I dislike(Note; I WILL be blunt about this.):
-This one is basically a huge one that covers the same things,
so here;

2 minute designs. Clashing colours - At least make sure the colours suit each other, or if the colours are meant to clash, they are planned out properly.

Neon colours all thrown on non-too-neatly that look like a kindergartner has attacked it during craft time.
I give you effort for entering, otherwise, I won't take your entry seriously.
If you're new to oekaki, that's a whole other thing. I'll judge your entry like anyone else who entered with intent to win and not just for jokes. However, I /will/ go through your gallery to see if you're new or not.

- Pentagrams or anything to do with that. (Unless the species is like, Demon or something. Other then that, I get very uncomfortable with the topic, due to my upbringing and other reasonings.

- If you decide to design one with white hair and add streaks to it...
Please for the love of all that is good do not make the streaks way too bright/dark.

- Christmas colours. Waayyy too bright. However, if you're making specifically a christmas themed one, or using the colours in a way that doesn't look horrid, please do!

- characters that are just copies of others. Please be original. I don't mind if you make an original one then decide you want to keep it after you've made it, we all have that moment, but please don't copy another persons characters for an entry. This includes copyrighted ones.

- I love piercings and gages and all that good stuff, but the stretchers people put in their chins and cheeks that let you see inside their mouths freak me out.

- Caps are meant to face forwards, not backwards. And saggy pants that show half your underwear is just weird.

That about covers it for dislikes.

Things I like in designs and in general(watch out! Huge list!):

- Masks! I LOVE masks. Especially domino masks!

- I love long hair, short hair, hair that defies gravity('Anime hair'), bowl cuts, undercuts with forelock are my LIFE, I even love bald hairstyles. I just like hair, okay? Especially hair that spikes at the back or floofs up <33 i dont even care about the gender of the person with the hair, make a bald chick, or a dude with long ankle length hair, or a non-binary m8 with floofy spikey hair, its all good. I just like hairstyles ; v;

- I love colours that go together well, or colours that clash but clash in a way that looks good?? I love colours. I just love colours. I live for baby pink, blue and yellow, and orange, and cyan and purple and green and-- I just love colours ok? I also love shades, like white, gray, black. Aaah, colours and shades <3

- I love characters who are of different countries/cultures. Not just American or Japanese. I freakin' love Cuban characters, I LIVE for Brit characters, and O M G don't get me started on characters who are from literally any Germanic country. Aaah, and I love Indians.. I just love different races ; v;

- Glasses. Square, round, half rim, prescription, sunglasses. Gimme dem glasses wearing characters yo

- Male characters, or just very flat chested characters. I cant draw boobs.

- different body types. I tend to lean towards chubby characters of any height, but I freakin love big muscley characters too. Aah, and short chubby characters are cute too. Tall or smoll but lanky <3 toll and smoll, muscley, lankey, skinny, chubby, or somewhere in between. I love 'em all.

- Victorian clothing, or futurtistic stuff. I love the vintage look, but I'm currently REALLY diggin the futuristic high tech stuff. And oh my gosh I am IN LOVE with characters who wear cute pastel sweaters, or comfy looking clothes in general. I ALSO LOVE PUN THEMED CLOTHING. YAAAS.

- Characters with conditions, such as Albinism, Vitiligo, Melanism. I also like characters with disabilites, such as blind, deaf, mute or physical and mental disabilities. I like having characters to represent everyone, y'know?

- LGBTQ+ characters are cool. Cis characters are cool. Hetero characters are cool. I like 'em all.

- unique traits, such as markings under the eye, scars on areas such as across the nose or on the cheek or brow, tattoos on visible places. Unique as in interesting, y'know?

- Freckles and beauty marks. Aaaaaah <3

- makeup. Yaaas. No matter the gender, I'd probably appreciate anyone who has makeup thats on fleek, even fictional characters.

- Japanese themed outfits(e.g; Hakama's and Gi's.)

- Ghosts and other things like that.

- I freakin love robotic arms/legs etc. Yaaas.

- Ahoges! I love them, and will probably incorporate them into the character somehow anyway lol.

- Military themed characters. Yiiiis.

- Aliens, or humanoid characters of another species!

- gamer characters.

It was somewhat difficult to find some good payments for the prizes, so I hope no one minds the uncommons + common '09-2k12's? I may change the prizes yet. Its 3am right now, so I kind of want to sleep first. I'll continue the rares hunt tomorrow!
