So I made the basic lines but well, I'm not that good with creating layers so, um, I'm having a contest to see who can do it. Below you will find a list of what you must have and what you can't have so hope this works out.

A Layer For Shading

The Title "Hippocampus Adopts"(If you think of a better title feel free to add it to your entry.)

Make The Lines Unrecognisable
Crazy Colors or Patterns
