They're magically inclined cat monstrosities with star shaped cheek fur, dragon scales, and wizard hats.
Don't call them cats though, that seems to upset them... And you definitely don't want to be on the short end of their wizard sticks :/

More than 2 sets of wings, Halos, Glow of any sort from eyes, No scales on body, Large feather growths

Please note that Wizkits MUST have scales on their tails
regardless of what shape it is or how furry it may be!
They must also have wizard hats.
