Lothiel Arabs originated in Niliel, a small town by Ashwood Lake. These horses are naturally strong swimmers and are very adaptable. They love to explore and exhibit bravery, loyalty, stubbornness, stamina, strength, and grace. They have long been used for traveling companions, farm work, postal mounts, Ranger mounts, Archer mounts, and carriage horses. More recently they excel in many showmanship disciplines such as Cross Country, Dressage, Endurance, Eventing, Hunter, Racing and Show Jumping. Lothiel Arabs are highly intelligent and can learn to do many things and abilities. They tend to bond to only a few horses and one or two people in their lifetime. They are the preferred mount of many in Lothiel.

Since there's no indication of the Champagne gene in the information page do I assume that champagne does not run within the breed? If possible could we have a list of genes/marking that aren't accepted?

That is correct and sure. Colors that are not typically found in the breed are: Champagne, Silver Dilution, Dun, and Appaloosa/Leopard Complex.
