Oh well!Inside the spacious den the small male watches over the lost eggs, warming them and nurturing them until someone decides to adopt each one. The den male is treated with great respect, as many of the gryphons grow up knowing him as their guardian. No one is quite sure where he came from, as he was no one's pet as far as anyone can tell. He is friendly enough towards humans, but anyone who threatens the eggs he watches over may not live to regret it.
