I went more or less on a whim with this one.
I'm really confident in this entry however. I've never actually done anything that looks like light before, and I think this turned out pretty good for being my first time doing something light related like this.
I got the palette from here:
and was listening to this beautiful Undertale song from the OST.
I mean I guess you could say he's based on Undertale. Once I get enough HM's I almost want to make this guy my custom -- I think I'd need 15 because I read somewhere that you can exchange one edit for a certain amount of lesser edits -- so for 15 I can get a custom with one uncommon edit or 2 common or 1 common and 2 standard?? I'll have to ask Glow haha
