What I was going to say, you have the base done lovely but for the spotted blanket, what I usually do is I duplicate the layer then erase everything o don't need then to make it more realistic I add a touch of scattering and erase the edges with that
For the spots I usually use a soft edge pen and then use a dark colour to give it spots that are all different sizes.
Of course these are just tips and everyone has their own style <3
