This boy would be a dark bay horse. If you're ever confused, try googling what some images of each colour looks like.

I wouldn't consider the markings on this boy to be sabino, it could be minimal overo, if you were to make the edges of the white markings more rigid. Sabino horses (even minimal sabino) have dotted markings on the edges of them.Examples here
