I finally have a Spaniel Character!
Details:
Has four pink spots underneath both her eyes
Has typical Spaniel spots on front arms
Outer wing feathers are the same color blue as her right eye, and are tipped in a light green
Has slightly transparent, tiny spots on her back legs
Has a cropped, slightly fluffy tail
Her wings are almost always full, and rarely chibi
Has typical Spaniel spots on her snout
Has cheetah stripe near eyes
Has typical Spaniel ears
Her front feet wraps have metal beads on them, and are always worn
Her back feet wraps are sometimes worn
Her hair will extend down to her upper cheek bone (which is a mix of pink and the same dark brown as her body)
The wraps are made of a heavy velvet
Her pawpads are the same pink as her nose *forgot*

History:
Her father was a Cocker Spaniel and her mother was a Jack Russell Terrier
She never knew her parents because they left her after they weren't able to catch prey for her
She was blind her left eye because a badger scratched her eye as a puppy
