This won't end for quite some time, so don't worry! I want to find the best possible artists for the job, I will be searching for a while. I will give a warning two weeks before the official end date once it is decided. <3

Here is some info on the CLRs:
Camelot Riders are European racing horses that date back to the 1500s. They were originally bred in Carlisle, which is an English county town, but eventually spread to other parts of the world. Today, domesticated CLRs can be found all over the globe. Wild Camelot Riders, however, are rarely ever found. When they are discovered, they are typically domesticated right away due to them being a very sought after breed. They wear medieval-like tack that is most often comprised of various fabrics and leathers, but is every so often made of a light metal that does not inhibit their racing abilities. The Riders must be wearing official CLR medieval tack in order to compete in the racing and show events.
This is what I will be expecting of official artists:
--Can you create interesting and decent tack (optional)
--can you work from an image to create custom tack (optional)
--Do you know horse genetics
--Are you good with coat colors/designing
NEW!: I might hire some artists specifically for tack creation and some specifically for horse designs and genetics (if you are a design artist, you must know horse genetics or at least have some knowledge of them. I, and I am sure others, can help you out if need be), so don't worry if you struggle in either of these areas. I would, however, prefer to hire artists that can accomplish all of these things. Just do your best and I know you will all do great!<3
Surprise!:
I have decided to give out prizes to those that may not get selected as an artist but have definitely put in the effort deserving of something special! Everyone who participates in the artist's competition will receive a currently undecided amount of currency for the item store (tokens are called Aurum or AR) once I get it open. The amount of tokens given will depend on how many entries the participant has created outside of the required three (more tokens will be given out for quality work and you can only make a max of 13 entries). The whole point of this is to reward hard work and effort, if you spend ten minutes on each design and it does not look like you put very much effort into it, I wouldn't feel okay with giving you the same amount of tokens as I gave a user who put more effort into their entries but made less of them. I have yet to decide how much I will be offering as I am unsure of the prices of everything and the worth that I will be giving to each store token.
Artists who are hired will not be given these prizes since they will each be receiving full artist's customs for their work.<3
Artists can make themselves a rare custom after every 100 CLRs they make themselves, or they can make themselves an uncommon custom for every 50 CLRs they create.
Rules & Guidelines:
--Post all entries under a cover. Entries not under a cover will be ignored. (Covers don't have to be anything fancy).
--You can remove the background on the individual entries if you wish. c:
--Do not remove Khaos' signature or the "FAKE<3" text by the horse's front leg.
--Do not copy anyone else's horse or tack designs.
--Do not edit the official lines (Adding feathering or mane and tail edits is okay, but please don't do this for every entry you make).
--Do not create your own horse lines, I would like for you to use this one.
--You must finish at least three entries to be considered as an artist
--Tack must be medieval in appearance (Make sure that you do not do the same tack as others, it is okay to use the same ref but the outcome must not be identical).
--Feel free to create as many entries beyond the required three as you would like. NEW RULE: You can now only make 13 entries. This gives you a max of ten extra entries that you can make outside of the required three.
--You can provide links to other horse designs you have done for other adopts, but please keep in mind that you also have to complete the required three entries on these lines for your entry to count.
--You must include the form below with each of your entries.
--Do not make any chimeras please, those are going to be extremely rare in this species.
--CLRs do not have brindle, please keep that in mind!
--No excessively unnatural coat colors (green and purple, etc.). Slightly unnatural colors such as brighter blue taffy or red roan (etc.) are okay. Just so long as there can be a genotype attached to the coat color (meaning real horses can have this coat color).
--If you do fullbody tack, then post a separate version under the design without tack so that I can see the horse's coat beneath the tack. Thanks!
--Have Fun!
