About the species:
During the cold war between the United States of America and the Soviet Union, the Soviet Union was experimenting in a laboratory with different native animal genes. The outcome was a canine-like figure with thick, heavy fur, a mane down it's back, and a rather feline-like tail. These canines were to train with Soviet soldiers and fight for the Soviet Union when needed. The incredibly large canines grew to be 4-5 feet tall, they had a powerful grip with their jaws, and they were very muscular. One day, the labratory gates were left unattended. The confused creatures had almost no experience with being on the earth, as they had just been created. One of them escaped their cage and ran into the wild. Then the rest of them escaped- only 1 stayed in the laboratory. The other 4 repopulated, and by this day, there are thousands of them in the wilderness of Siberia.
