so i had to draw a dog in my own style to get a feel for the pose and stuff, dont mind my little blue doodles :'D

i think you have a very good start!
Things i can suggest though are to make the head a little smaller, or make the body bigger. I'd also work on defining the neck, since it looks as if the dogs head goes straight into the legs and body! other than that, your overall anatomy isn't half bad. <3

your ear shape is nice, but dont be afraid to draw the other one ;0 and the legs should come out of the side of the body, like the circle i drew for the thigh,

Overall, you did pretty good though! A lot of stuff - like angles - simply come with practice, im not very good at explaining exactly what i mean abt these tips but i would suggest looking at anatomy of animals; just to see where the muscles and bones all fit in. i hope this helps even if my explanations arent v clear ;v;
