Rules;;

1. Designs belong to you until they win the competition, first and second place belong to me afterwards
   
2. You do not have to use all spots in the sheet given, they are just for practical use.
3. No copying anyone else's designs
4. Feel free to post with any questions you may have; as of this post there is no specific end date
5. More then the given first and second places may be given if i like a particular design.
6. No complaining or guilt-tripping, it doesn't work on me.
7. second place is only if I find a design I like that isn't first place. It not final, but might be an option.
8. Drawing entries off-cs It perfectly fine, just pm them to me instead~
9. pre-made characters are fine as well! As long as you design them
10. Accessories are not necessary, but boost your ratings
11. I am allowed to make minor edits to a design I own.
12. Rules may be edited any time i wish.
