I really love this design, but I have so many characters already ;o;

If I don't get an offer I love then I'm going to keep him/her.
I was going to wait longer but I want him ;_; Sorry!

Design notes:
- Neon areas are like lava lamps
- Neon areas glow in the dark
- White stomach fur occasionally has globs of neon show through. They are not always in that pattern
- Despite this being a wolf base, I thought it looked more like a cat, so this is actually a really fluffy kitten with stubby legs
- Tops of paws have neon with white outline
- Eyes are purple/royal blue mix
