Yep! She now has theser amazing features:

A stripe down her back, on very dark black foot, on purple toe! But thats not all, she is also sporting a stylish purple tail tip and ear!

And I totally fail at it. It is actually supposed to be like a hawk or frill down her back, but it ended up looking goofy every time I tried. Oh, and I just randomly threw Jer in there! He looks like he is wearing a toupee (I spelled that, RIGHT? Well then, I'm proud now!)

Simple, very small smudge tool and an hour and 4 minutes!

Oh, Ananda, on my new "Make a Sparkle/Scene/Gloom Dog", there's a tool wwith large and small spikes. Those could help you, or you could try freehand drawing them from a side view.

Drawing mohawks/frills from an front/back/bird's-eye view is very hard. Believe me, I kow. So try it from a side view. ^-^

I moved the lines over to one side, then clicked Layer > Duplicate Layer Then Effects > Flip Horizontal

Oh, Ananda, on my new "Make a Sparkle/Scene/Gloom Dog", there's a tool wwith large and small spikes. Those could help you, or you could try freehand drawing them from a side view.
