His experiment name.
A cybernetic wolf with a computer chip for a brain, X3-19B was originally a experiment on creating artificial life from dead animals. Well, this little wolf, happened to be injured and the scientists were sure he was dead. So they injected a chemical called Hydrolin, Or Hydrolic Chronium B, into him and they went to work. After they had finished, he awoke from a long sleep the Hydrolin caused. The scientists were horrified at the wolf, thinking he was living dead, but the main scientist, Dr. Terrence B. Harrison, knew that the scientists had made a huge mistake. He was a kind scientist, unlike that of the other no-mercy, cruel, and utterly dastardly RUCs- the Retin Corps Scientists. The RUCs hated Dr. Harrison's work, but they still listened to him. The RUCs suggested that Dr. Harrison should submit his creation to the NC. So he submitted Experiment X3-19B to the National Scientist's Committee, and won the Nobel Peace Prize for Technology & Cybernetics. X3-19B was praised upon living, for he still had living wolf in him. Through that Cybernetic Micro-computer chip brain, he still had wolf. Then, unexpectedly, Dr. Harrison died of a disease that was thought to be undiscovered. They named it Harrison's Disease because of that. X3-19B, or as Harrison would always call him, Ei, was left with the RUCs. Ei escaped months later after much torture and pain, even losing an eye to Cybernetics.
