My WC oc, rabbitspeaker, and his deceased littermate eclipsepaw <3
i have a lot of history behind/with them tbh

first off, they're oth half-siblings to my other two OCs Hawkfire and Brokenleaf. They're father swithced clans to be with his "new" mate (Rabbit and Eclipse's mother) which left Hawk and Broken's mother heartbroken and shes currently in the elder's den. She doesn't talk a lot anymore, not even to her kits, but I still need to develop that more.

Anywho, these two were super close growing up until they were deemed apprentices. Rabbitpaw was put into the role of medicine cat apprentice in late leaffall - eclipsepaw, although much smaller, was destined to become a warrior until he came down with greencough. Because of his small body and always being weaker than his brother, Eclipsepaw died regardless of his brother's relentless efforts.
rabbitpaw constantly blamed himself, and even now as the clan's only medicine cat - Rabbitspeaker - he has grown bitter, and is often getting into fights with rogues while collecting herbs despite not being trained as a fighter.
But, Eclipsepaw doesn't want his brother to feel bad still and is often the one to carry messages from StarClan to him and even when there's no messages, will often visit his brother in dreams just to stay in touch.

I actually rlly like their story and when their half-siblings get mixed in too it's actually really angsty and heartbreaking and cute and tense all at once and iDK
