She is sort of strict, has a reputation of shouting without knowing. She is very generous and does care about others feelings, just in a different way than others.

Story:

Sand Gem was born in a temple in Egypt. She was very curious about her surroundings, and eventually started growing out of the small temple. Her mother died in a sandstorm, so in honor of her mom she added Sand to her name. Sand Gem found alot of gold, and used that to show power, and make herself seem intimidating. Now she lives in a large temple with her friend Dune.
