... a special kind of penguin that can only be found in the Arctic, near to the North Pole. A fully grown, adult Powder Penguin can reach heights of up to 40 cm, but they average at around 35 cm. Powder Penguins can be found in a range of different colours, not just black and white! Every Powdie wears a scarf around their neck. This scarf usually has some kind of link to their personality, history, or name. Many people believe that without these scarves, a Powder Penguin's feathers may start to loose some of their colours.
