Galaxy is female of the Astral dog species, pups birthed by her will not be full Astral dog and will only inherit minimal powers (Adjusting of stars, No need to consume food however water is still needed, ability to forecast weather, Will not die of age).

Don't steal other's pups
Don't sell the pups unless they come with extra art
Don't turn them into 'gods' or give them extra powers unless possible from the other parent
All gender breedings and anything 3 generations away from her are okay
