I'm not big fan of the changed tail, nor did I think the little stomach/neck plates looked good, but the large gem on the neck and some other things looked good. ;v;
Maybe more than one pair of wings? Those are always interesting species though I can't say it fits the image very well XD
Added some extra feathers so let me know what you think~
