- What is a Glover? -

Glovers are short cat/bear-like creatures, usually being just a little taller than the average house cat. They include rather unusual features, the most notable being their peculiar tails. No one has yet found out what, exactly, a Glover would use its odd tail-hand for in the wild, but it has proven to be rather handy within human civilization.
Researchers have discovered that Glovers tend to possess a sort of psychic ability, thought to be channelled through the floating circle-shapes dotted around their bodies. Their only presently known psychic power is telekinesis. However, it is believed that some, though few and far between, also have the power of telepathy.
A Glover's bows are a sign that it has been domesticated. Most people do this to make sure it is known that their Glover is safe, as they can be rather aggressive in the wild.

- There won't be any customs for non-staff, sorry! All member of staff may only have one custom each -
- Please be respectful to all members of the community -
- If you'd like to have your Glover readopted, please contact the original artist for that Glover -
- Glovers are considered children until they are 16, and they age one human year every six months. If your Glover is at least 16, please ask its original artist to colour it onto the adult lineart -
- You may add accessories to your Glover, but try not to go overboard! -
- I won't be taking requests for artists/mods - when I find that I need more staff, you will be able to apply with a form or by entering an artist competition -

- Please refrain from using neon colours -
- As a member of staff, you can make your own custom. You may also make a custom for a mod, provided that they request that you do, and that they don't already have a custom -
- Small line edits are acceptable, but it would be preferable if you avoided adding anything massive -
- Please don't edit out the bows - all adopted Glovers will be domesticated, and thus, will have their bows -
- Glovers can have up to 8 colours; while they can have less, they can't have any more than eight (excluding eyes and accessories) -
- If someone PMs you about having their Glover readopted, please make a post on the thread when it's back up for
adoption! -

The only thing I don't like about these is how long it takes for them to grow up. One year every 6 months and you have to wait 16 years before adulthood?

ah, dont worry, when you enter for a glover, youll be able to choose its age (within reason, depending on its lineart)!
so, unless you decide to adopt one and make it really young, i dont think it should be too much of a problem! uvu
plus, therell be designs that are drawn in the adult lineart, and so set to be at least sixteen, just as therell be designs drawn in the child lineart, and set to be under sixteen :>
