Itachi hates PDA's but he loves Blueberry who L.O.V.E.S to hang off him. She really does love him with more then her heart and soul. So even if she dies she promised her spirit to him forever.

Itachi loves her as much as a male could love his mate. But he doesn't like to be around her in public. Now before you get angry at him know that he hangs in a gang that has a bad rep and a lot of enimes. So he loves her more then you think =).
