i thought people read the main thread before designing, but some people have missed key parts of lava dogs. so instead, i'll quote it here.

● Their eyes, lava, tongue, and paw pads are all the same color
● Can have different kinds of ears and tails
● PPS is possible
I'm looking for artists for my adopts, lava dogs! Before you start designing, read the below guidelines.
The lava dogs created here are not official unless i state otherwise
Only use the base for entries, nothing else
Group all entries under a cover image please
No entry limit
Line edits allowed, but no edits to the anatomy
