For Spike20096's Create a Character :3

Birds are underated as far as characters go so I figured I'd make one as my entry :3

As for design:

- Wings are blue and transparent; they shimmer with stars as white mist (galaxy?) swirls around.
- Head feathers give off a ghostly glow.
- Tail is transparent blues and white. The tail is misty in appearance and one could move their hand right through it.
- During the day the marking on its eye is dark in color where as in the night it glows

If I don't win the contest with this entry I might keep the design~
