Just going to pop in here really fast and say that any kind of drawing can be a first oekaki, even if it's colored in. They colored in my lineart and posted the chaarcter, therefore it's their first oekaki. That shouldn't be such a problem, that's why the lineart is in Editables.

Also, I would suggest using Lock Alpha [it can be found in the box with the layers on the lower left of the oekaki screen] and selecting the color layers to color c: It helps a lot c:
