- Unfortunately I have no tablet to draw and I'm horrible at drawing lines with mouse. I drew some sketches for a species and I wanted to make them oekaki adoptables. Bellow will be some sketches as well as a few more descriptions of the species and the requirements.
Feel free to pm me about anything, a question, an opinion, more details / descriptions, whatever you need c:
Any name and bio suggestions for the species from people who are entering and anyone else would be greatly appreciated!
End date: 4th July - If you feel like you need more time please tell me and I will change the deadline.
RULES
• All Tess's rules are applied here.
• Please add me once you have finished your entry.
• Please don't steal any of the ideas / concept of the species!
• Note that you cannot use this species and entries for anything - the lines will be used by me, for (most likely non-profit) adoptables.
• I will give credits for the lines on oekaki to the person who made them.
• Please label all your layers.
REQUIREMENTS
• Accurate anatomy
• Eyes ref (the exact same one of the sketch but with both eyes)
• Tongue ref (the exact same one of the sketch)
• Baby and / or teen lines *
• Wolf-like body (may have some mixes with other species and other stuff)
• No messy lines
• Male / Female signs
* you may wait until the winner is announced to draw the baby / teen lines, however, if you happen to win, you must draw them, otherwise you will only receive half of the prize
ABOUT THE SPECIES
Sketches: General refs; Ear and Front Paws (details); Tail (details) - sorry for the messyness xd
Feel free to change the angles in the sketches, but try to make things look close to what's in the sketch.
- The body is not meant to have markings (the two stripes on the neck, muzzle and eyes).
- The actual ear's end is where the arrow is pointing at, but the rest is extra fur that all the individuals must have.
- The tail is meant to be drawn curved where it starts so that it's pointing to the same side as the head.
Ears: very long ears with loose fur on tips; around the same length as the torso, depending on its size
Eyes: no pupils; may be any color; may have heterochromia
Tongue: short and thin; sharp edge; same color as the eyes (only one in case of heterochromic eyes)
Paws: wolf-like paws with slightly longer toes and longer sharp edged claws (paw on the right in the sketch is the best example)
Tail: around the same length as the torso, around half of the tail is loose fur
Cheek: has a little bit of extra fur that has a feather coming out of it
I will try to give you a feedback about your lines and what should be changed.
PRIZES
The person who draws the best lines will have the pets bellow and can choose some more from this group. They will also have the choice to be a permanent artist for the adopts or not. I might choose more people who also made good entries to be artists too.
Second place entry may be used for a MYO contest.
