Added Artist Terms on front page of the Main Thread! All artist will be able to own the original number of Druidds plus 2 customs, One from your own art, and one from another artist

littlewolf8. It is against the rules to submit any entries without the signature and Artist application sign on the Druidd.

PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE SIGNATURE OR ARTIST APPLICATION! Due to this being a Contest and open, Stealing art is a problem and if you do not follow these rules we will have to report them. I will be putting them on the lines to keep this from happening again, Thank you
