Itaki fish are a mix breed between cats and fish. They have gills
and fins, but they can also walk around on the land, along with
that they can swiftly move underwater and do not need to
come up for air. They have the temperament of a cat and
they love to cuddle. They can be any color and combination
of patterns making finding two exactly the same is extremely rare.

Yay! So this artist competition is going to be a bit different, its always going to be open so you can make entries whenever you want! When i see a design that I love I will hire them as an artist.

Please do not make a cover.
No more than 2 entries per week ( So like dont spam designs)
