Flyin' Puffballs are mysterious, adorable, fluffy little creatures who pay an astounding resemblance to a feline. To some, they also appear hampster like. No one has ever really pinpointed them exactly, though. As if to support some peoples' theories of hybridization between the aforementioned animals, Flyin' Puffballs are usually around the size of a chinchilla, which is argueably inbetween the two species in size, depending on your idea of an average cat. They enjoy spending their days up in the sky flying around, but many also enjoy human companionship. Although many prefer to lounge around all day and have a calm demeanor, this isn't all of them. Some of them enjoy more complicated or engaging things, such as technologies used predominately by humans, like computers and such. Every puffballs has a special item with them since childhood; this item is used to fly, and is special to them to the point where they honestly would never want another, and so, you'll never see one with multiple. Items vary in rarity, and some very rare puffs don't even need or want an item! When this happens, it means that the puff is either magical, or winged.

☆ rules ☆
general
- the current cap on how many puffballs you can own is 5. Anyone with more than five before this change can keep them, but anyone at or under five can only have up to the cap.
- no begging or spamming, please!
- no guilt tripping
- no asking to be staff, and please only submit applications when I am taking applications
- extra accessories are a-okay as long as they aren't flying accessories
- you may not add hair/fur/ear/eye or any permanent edits yourself, but expression edits or edits that have to do with the character that are temporary, such as a cosplay wig that isn't worn all the time, or a very temporary hair dye for example for awareness of something is fine
baby and nursery
- puffballs will only become mates with other puffballs
- puffballs can grow after one month of being born
- parents can become mates officially after two weeks of being a couple, OR my approval under certain circumstances
- of course, both owners of the parents must agree
- twins are more common right now than single babies! c:
- you can keep the bab(y/ies), adopt them out, tell the artist to adopt them out, or gift them to someone
artist & GA
- GAs can make 4 adopts
--as a side note, GAs should PM me for approval when posting their first puffball, maybe two, with the designs, before finalizing it as a post. Not mandatory, but respected c:
- make ATLEAST one adopt every two weeks or notify me if you can't for whatever reason to keep your job
- the very limit on rares is 2 per page, preferabley less
- full artists can make 1 custom that will count towards the limit
- if you want to make ANY, runner ups are to be for competitions that are longer or have over 35 entrants or more; pm me if you don't know how many you should give out
- stay true to the species; as in, no making a puffball with more than one flying item, and stick to e rarities properly
