I think I got everything! I will go through all of it best I can.

Okay, starting on the right, the scribbles on her tail represent writing, how the story changes, bits you don't like get scribbled away to be re-written. Then the socks, like you asked for. Red, because you like red. And the squiggles at the bottom of the socks also have meaning. They were made to represent the ancient tribal drawings of horses with the wacky manes because you like horses. The tattoo on her back is a henna tattoo though she will always have it. A permanent non-permanent reflection of your interest in Henna. Also showing how you like art, as henna is very artistic. On her front left paw she has a tennis bracelet decorated with a henna design. (Squiggles and hearts) And finally, on her lips because you like it, a little bit of lipstick! Also showing maturity and expression.

The only thing is I added to the lines to make the sock. I just covered the old lines. I hope it's okay, I just wanted it more sock-like.
