I think its just your computer, maybe try refreshing it.

Hey there,
It's required that all contests (ones that don't have a set lineart) include a background with scenery/items. Would you mind editing some type of setting in?

Also, it might be a good idea to edit in links to your prizes, and/or advertise this in your signature. :) It might help bring in some participants!
