Parrapups, or Parras, are an omnivorous, aviary quadrupedal species that originated from tropical areas, but after they were domesticated, they gained more levels of fur and different beaks. All parras spend a lot of time cleaning themselves, and preening their feathers if they have wings. Parras come with a variety of tails and beaks, but good luck finding one that does! Having a large gene pool Parras also have the chance to show some mutations. They come in a large variety of colors including bright neons and dull greys. All parras are a very social in some way and love to whistle, sing, and chatter to others- Parra or not!

Name Meaning ;;
Zeni is derived from Zenigame, the Japanese name for Squirtle. He typically goes by Zen, however.
"Boss" is a nickname given to him by his friends. Read below if you'd like to know why.
Ishizuka is the last name of the actor who voiced the Squirtle Squad from the Pokémon anime.

Zen, or as he's called by most, Boss, is the leader of the 'Squirtle Squad'. He knows he's no real pokémon, and in fact a parrapup- but he refers to his group of friends as the Squirtle Squad. He's obviously a leader type, taking charge in any given situation and occasionally when it's not welcome. He's stubborn and true to his opinions, he tends to get into fights over silly things and will stand his ground when confronted. He has an unwavering determination when it comes to his friends, and enjoys a good laugh. While Zen is almost constantly up to no good, he's a softie at heart and is a good friend to those who take the time to get to know him.

What's in the Bag? ;;3DS
Zen loves Pokémon games, though he was suckered into picking up Animal Crossing recently by his friend Froot. His console is naturally deep blue with light blue bubbles, however there's a black shades decal along with some white sparkles, added by yours truly.
Or so he calls it. The mystery bag is a bag filled with water balloons of every shape and color, just waiting to be filled and thrown at unsuspecting targets.
If you were to tell anyone about this plush, odds are Zen would not be a happy man. He absolutely adores this toy, as it's a reminder of his childhood. While he's a grown man, he never did outgrow sleeping with his old toy.
Affectionately dubbed 'The Book'. It's a large tome containing information on every single pokemon out there to date. Handwritten by Zen himself, it also has all applicable moves, when they learn them, and other important information.
Inside Zen's backpack is a small machine that takes up most of the backpack's space. It supplies the metal cannons extending from his backpack with water and makes it operational. Because of 'The Cannons' Zen can blast, or squirt people with water using his bag.

Frootloops
Froot is one of Zen's closest friends, dare say his best friend. It's takes someone special to convince Zen to try new things like Animal Crossing, though Froot did just that. He's a member of Zen's "Squirtle Squad" and they've known each other for some time. They refer to one another as "Backpack Buddies" as well due to the fact they both wear Pokémon backpacks.
Deimos
Deimos is a good friend to Zen as well, and is another of his close friends. Another member of the "Squirtle Squad" the two love taking long walks together to just talk. Occasionally Zen convinces him into going out pranking with him- though for the most part he's the one keeping Zen out of trouble.
Estell
Deimos' firstborn daughter, Zen sees Estell quite often. Zen welcomes Estell's enthusiasm. As a small child she looks up to Zen, so Estell is a loyal 'minion' one could say. Estell happily follows his example in her role in the "Squirtle Squad" helping out wherever she can. Overall Zen loves Estell and sees her like a little sister or a daughter.
Sebastian
Sebastian and Zen get along well. They met early on in life, and have been together ever since.
Pom
Pom is Zen's arch-rival and close friend all in one. The two are constantly at each other's backs, battling in pokémon and other such novelties. The two also enjoy a lot of the same things, however between the two there's a constant struggle to be the best. Lots of folks laugh at Zen for his greatest enemy, a midget parra- and tell him he's getting his butt beat by a kid.Water's Role ;;
Zen loves swimming, which isn't possible without water.
Zen pranks others using mostly water related gags and water balloons.
