Descripton
Hallow is orange with black stripes. His stripes never stay in one place. So When he moves his stripes move. He has his occasional monster or candy appear in his path from time to time.

Story
When Hallow was born, he was never able to go anywhere. Wherever he went, the people and animals worst fears were triggered and it was his fault. He inherited his father, Fear's, power and curse. But he also inherited his mother's power, candy and monsters.
