a doeling is a unique type of canine that appears to have characteristics of the order
artiodactyla, hooved animals such as goats and deer. adults stand as tall as a baby goat or small
dog while kiddoes are no larger than a kitten. there is no distinction between females and males
other than the fact that females are slightly smaller than the males. unlike all other canines, a
doeling only has three toes and walks by placing most of its weight on its middle one. they also
feature a variety of horns and long hair that grows into a mane along the base of their spine.

the original artist to put it up for readoption. if the original artist is not longer available
or does not have the time, feel free to ask me. gifting doeling is also an option, but

a doeling is not a doeling without its spots. it will be born without them, but once aged a
doeling will gain its spots and be considered independent of its mother. spots are commonly
all one colour, but may be more than one colour in less common cases. in domesticated doeling
it has been observed that spots may be a wide variety of colours while in feral doeling
they tend to be more natural, assumed to be the result of predators they have to face.

the mane is also a featured characteristic of doelings. it grows to be just a few inches long
and does not require any maintenance. the hair will not grow beyond its genetically determined
length. sometimes genetic alterations may cause the mane to be longer or shorter, or even
induce locks of hair that some doelings choose to style. it is unlikely that a doeling will be seen
without a mane.

there appears to be no limit to the variety of horns and antlers that a doeling can grow. the
most common are small goat horns, as well as ram horns and gazelle horns, but antelope horns,
deer antlers, and even rhinocerous horns have been spotted. they do not appear to be heriditary
so a kiddoe may have a set that look completely different from its parents. additionally, feral
doelings are more like to grow larger horns, probably for better self defense.

many doeling prefer to accessorise in one way or another. depending on their style these items
can differ drastically, from bracelets to nose rings to tattoos even! jewelry of some sort is
popular among the females. while the items are not usually very large, there are a few doeling
that wear a lot at one time. others may swap out their items seasonally or just every so often.
there are also doelings that refrain from accessorising, and prefer not to have any items on them.

« experience? »yes, sima adopts, numiroka adopts, i own many large adoptables such as sloogeroos and solkons, and i've been mods at different rps and sites. i'm good with keeping things under control and avoid as much conflict as possible.
« how active are you? »everyday, 4-6 hrs at least, may vary.
« a user complains that an artist was not fair in judging. what do you do? »i would give them a warning for their behavior as well as tell them to refrain from doing that in the future, stating that all artists do not have biased opinions before and after competition. also, guest judges are to aid them as well. if similar behavior is conducted again, greater consequences will result.
